Ms. Shaw joined The Grunsky Law Firm PC in 2017 after practicing in Los Angeles for nearly 13 years. Ms. Shaw’s primary practice has been litigation. Ms. Shaw has represented clients in various sorts of litigation matters ranging from real property disputes, landlord tenant issues in both residential and commercial properties, wage and hour disputes, partnership dissolution, and wrongful disclosure matters. Most recently, Ms. Shaw represented a major financial lending institution and handled litigation pertaining to lawsuits filed by homeowners.
Ms. Shaw graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2004. During law school, Ms. Shaw was involved with the Center for Conflict Resolution, which provides mediation, conciliation, and facilitation services to members of the community. Ms. Shaw received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development with a minor in Political Science from University of California, San Diego in 2001.
Ms. Shaw is admitted to practice in California and in the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of Californian.
Community Activities and Affiliations
Ms. Shaw was born and raised in Santa Cruz County and recently returned with her husband to raise their young sons in the wonderful community she grew up in. Ms. Shaw is looking forward to becoming more active in the County Bar association and hopes to volunteer as a mediator. Ms. Shaw loves spending time outdoors and her goal is to visit each of the national parks with her husband and two sons.
