Ms. Diaz has successfully represented clients in trials involving complex property disputes. She has the resources and skills to represent clients facing a myriad of family law issues, including those involving probate, estate, and/or businesses. She helps clients with child and spousal support issues, including matters involving the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS). Ms. Diaz has assisted clients with adoptions, termination of parental rights and custody and visitation disputes. She has experience preparing and reviewing pre Âand post-marital agreements. She serves as minor's counsel in juvenile dependency matters in San Benito County and was previously parent's counsel in Santa Cruz County. Ms. Diaz's focus in every case is to understand her client's goals as no two familial situations are the same. She aims at cost-efficient solutions without compromising her client's goals and interests. She is certified by the California State Bar as a Family Specialist and offers alternatives to traditional litigation, including mediation and collaborative law.
