Mr. Aulenta prides himself on working closely with his clients to find practical and cost-effective solutions to their legal problems. His practice focuses primarily on litigation, with a focus on Trust and Estate litigation, Landlord-Tenant litigation, and Elder Law litigation. In addition, he handles estate-planning matters and business transactions on behalf of individuals and local businesses. A longtime resident of the Monterey Peninsula, Mr. Aulenta is actively involved in the community. He has participated as both a scoring judge and a coach in both the Elementary Law Program and the Santa Cruz County High School Mock Trial Competition in an effort to make the legal process more understandable and less intimidating to the local youth. He is an active member of the Monterey County Bar Association and has lectured throughout the Central Coast about Estate and Trust litigation, Public Housing Administration, Landlord-Tenant matters, and Employment law matters.  Mr. Aulenta and his wife Julie reside in Carmel Valley with their sons Hayden and Austin, and their daughter Charlotte. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, reading, and­ most of all- spending time with his family.
