Ms. Ferguson joined The Grunsky Law Firm PC in 2015, and became a shareholder in 2020. She focuses her practice on civil pleading, discovery, law and motion, legal research, and appellate work, and enjoys consulting with employers concerning employment issues and labor law compliance. Prior to transitioning into the legal field, Ms. Ferguson worked in the environmental fields for many years, using her chemistry and business management education and experience to liaise between government, engineering-consultant and environmental laboratories on environmental investigation, mitigation and remediation projects across the United States. Ms. Ferguson loves living and working in Santa Cruz County and being active in several local non-profit organizations.
