Prior to joining The Grunsky Law Firm PC, Mrs. Cardona-Muller was Coordinator of the Small Claims Mediation Program of Santa Cruz County. She fully managed this program and implemented guidelines for Small Claims mediations, as well as trained and supervised mediators. Mrs. Cardona-Muller's extensive mediation experience has made her skilled in facilitating complex mediations involving Employment, Community, Family, Small Claims and Estate disputes. While a Law student Mrs. Cardona-Muller offered pro bono mediation services to the Santa Cruz and Monterey communities. Mrs. Cardona-Muller is experienced in the Family Law aspect of Immigration Law with respect to SIJS petitions, that include Guardianships and Adoptions. Mrs. Cardona-Muller has repeatedly been a guest speaker at the UCSC Careers in Law lectures and hopes to continue to inspire new generations of mediators and attorneys. Mrs. Cardona-Muller is a long-time resident of Santa Cruz and is actively involved in volunteer services that help the Latino community and groups that promote preservation of environmental resources. Mrs. Cardona-Muller enjoys an active outdoors lifestyle and visits to her home country of Puerto Rico.
