Mr. Wall received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1983. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from University of California, Los Angeles.

Community Activities and Affiliations:
Mr. Wall is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), the Association of Defense Counsel for Northern California, and the Santa Cruz Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Wall is actively involved in many organizations and activities including the Lions Club, the Aptos Chamber of Commerce and Aptos History Museum (docent and steering committee board member), and the Aptos Sports Foundation. He continues to study local history and was recently awarded the title of Certified Local Historian. He is a long-time supporter of youth sports.
