In addition to being a licensed attorney, Mr. Rivera is also a licensed real estate broker. Before joining the Grunsky Law Firm in 2008, Mr. Rivera worked in-house at a commercial property management company, where he was involved in negotiating real estate transactions and business-related matters. He is fluent in Spanish.
Education:
Mr. Rivera received his Juris Doctorate from San Francisco Law School in 1999. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Santa Clara University.

Mr. Rivera is admitted to the California Bar and the U. S. District Courts for the Northern Eastern, Central, and Southern District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Cicuit.
Community Activities and Affiliations:
Mr. Rivera is a member of the Elks Club a past member of the Rotary Club of Hollister and serves on the board of Directors for the Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust and the Santa Cruz County Fair Heritage Foundation.
